Where applicable, the posting of a bond may be accepted in lieu of completing outstanding items in the final inspection. The bond may be in the form of cashiers check made payable to Fulton County Government or an escrow account. Multiple bonds may be posted for multiple building permits at the issuance of the permits. All bonds should submitted to Leslie Campbell at the Fulton County Government Center located at 141 Pryor Street, Suite 2085, Atlanta/404-730-8033. The bond amounts are calculated as follows; Final stabilization and the removal of sediment barriers:
