Announcing Site Plan Standards!

Effective January 31, 2005

In addition to all of the current submittal requirements;
ALL PERMIT APPLICATIONS for Buildings, Alterations, Additions, Pools, Decks (new or additions), Repairs (both interior and exterior); both Residential and Commercial projects, MUST have a Site Plan showing the entire property, existing and proposed improvements (such as buildings, driveways, pools, septic systems, wells, etc.).
New construction must also show the existing topographic contours, proposed topographic contours and the drainage patterns and/or directions of flow of rain water.

The Site Plan must be submitted in no larger than 11” X 17” paper copy or in .tiff or .pdf format!
