This program is designed to help prevent illegal dumping in storm drains and to educate the public about water quality. Public knowledge of the correlation between urban areas and watersheds will result in reducing the effects of non point source pollution, thus improving water quality.

Stenciling is a quick and simple project that can be completed in one day. The project consists of spray painting a reminder on storm drain inlets that anything entering the drain will be transported to the nearest water body.
